I have good news, the latest version of redsn0w are now able to jailbreak IOS 4.3.3 but still tethered on the iPad, iPhone 4, 3G, and iPod touch 4G/3G.
Redsn0w 0.9.6 which is the latest version is limited to tethered jailbreak only, which means that if you reboot your every device IOS, you must reboot where the IOS device in tethered state.

The following are the steps to jailbreak IOS 4.3.3 using RedSnow:
Firstly : Download iOS 4.3.3 and iOS 4.3.2 that needed by Redsn0w 0.9.6 for 4.3.3 jailbreak) for your edition of iOS device.
Secondly: Update/repair to iOS 4.3.3 firmware applying the IPSW data file you exactly downloaded via iTunes 10.2.2.
Thirdly : Starting Redsn0w and guide it to the confirmed iOS 4.3.2 firmware file (NOT iOS 4.3.3 file).

Fourth : immediately choose “Install Cydia” and click “Next”. Optionally (if useable), you are able to as well select some different alternative you like.

Fifthly : Make a point your device is in OFF and PLUGGED IN to the computer before you want to click “Next”.

At this point you’ll be showed with a screen out where you’ll be pointed on how to go into DFU mode. Rapidly apply “Power” button then while admitting the “Power” button, you’ll directly have to check “Home” button too. Now later on a few secs exit “Power” button but keep holding “Home” button until installation starts.

Sixth : Sit back and enjoy while Redsn0w manages the rest for you. Once done, your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch will restart automatically and you’ll detect it jailbroken (tethered) on the newest iOS 4.3.3 firmware.
Seventh : Directly by here onwards, if you prefer to do anything associated to jailbreak like SSHing into your device, or executing Cydia, you must beginning play your device in the so known as “jailbroken state” on every reboot by using “Just boot tethered right now” option in Redsn0w.
